We are so excited to hold CookieCon at the beautiful Kalahari Resort in Round Rock, Texas!
We will be offering a special limited CookieCon rate for your stay of $220* per night, plus taxes and fees. The hotel Resort Fee of $45.99/night is WAIVED for those booking in the CookieCon block. Waterpark admission is included with your stay. All CookieCon rate reservations must be made by August 17, 2024. For best selection and to ensure a reservation, please book early.
If the block sells out prior the cutoff date - the link will remain open and offer rooms with a 15% discount applied to current prevailing online rates.
After the cutoff date, attendees may still book rooms at the prevailing rate, if there is availability.
* A maximum of four people per room at the Group Rate is allowed. When adding additional guests (beyond 4) there will be an extra charge of $50.00 per person per night.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to the first night's lodging, plus applicable taxes is charged at the time of booking. Cancel up to 30 days prior with now charge. Cancellations up to 3 days prior result in a $50 charge. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival result in a $100 charge. No-shows forfeit first night's deposit.

If you are contacted by any company other than CookieCon or Kalahari Resorts offering hotel reservations in Round Rock or surrounding area, please note that these companies are not authorized to represent CookieCon or our venues, nor do they have access to officially contracted CookieCon room blocks or rates in Texas. Please beware! These unauthorized companies often don’t deliver on promises to customers. When customers arrive, reservations are non-existent or in an entirely different location. Also rooms may be cancelled with hefty cancellation fees placed on the customer’s credit card. If you are contacted by any such 3rd party service, please disregard it, and book through our approved process as outlined above.
