CookieCon 2024 Austin Sponsorship Opportunities




CookieCon is an ideal opportunity to get word out about your product or services and to leave a great impression on cookie decorators! As an official CookieCon Sponsor you will enjoy the following benefits:

  • You will be listed on the CookieCon web site as a sponsor with a graphical ad and link to your website.
  • We will dedicate a specific post about your business (with a link to your website) on both our official CookieCon Facebook page (43k+ followers) and our CookieCon Attendees Facebook Group (3,900+ members).
  • You will have a printed ad in our Event Program which will be given to all attendees and presenters at the event. This ad will be a quarter sheet ad, and can include whatever information you wish.

We ask that sponsors donate a minimum of $350 in cash or the equivalent in physical prizes or product samples. Sponsors donating to each swag bag, and/or providing items for the Prize Raffle will enjoy more organic exposure! You may choose any combination of the following categories for your sponsorship:



Swag Bag Samples
Providing a product sample for each attendee will go a long way in reaching more people and letting them see what you offer first-hand! More contributions will provide more exposure! Please provide 900 items if you choose this option. Please ship any items for swag bags or drawing prizes so they are received between Aug 19, 2024 and September 10, 2024
Drawing Prize
We will have the drawing prizes on display for the whole event, labeled with your business name. A generous prize displayed here will contribute to the impression you'll be leaving with our attendees. Please ship any items for swag bags or drawing prizes so they are received between Aug 19, 2024 and September 10, 2024
Cash Donation
Obviously product(s) relating to your business will be the best way to advertise yourself, but if providing a cash donation is a better fit for you we will make sure that is recognized as well. Cash donations (of $350 or more) will go toward the cash prizes given to attendees entering in and winning the Sugar Show contest.


Sponsors will need to provide the following files to us:
  • Web Banner Graphic
    This needs to be a 250 x 125 graphic in .gif, .jpg, or .png format. We will link this to your web site.

  • Printed Ad File
    We will include a quarter-sheet printed ad in our printed program. The required specs are:
    Minimum pixel width: 1294
    Minimum pixel height: 1669
    Resolution: 300dpi
    Color: CMYK (recommended)
    File Types: TIF, PDF, JPG, EPS, and PNG
    File Size: Total size should not exceed 100MB
