What’s more fun than making something fashionably sweet?

Tell me you’re like me and loved playing with paper dolls when you were little… if so, get ready to join me to reminisce together, and let our imaginations run wild, while having some fun dressing up our cookie dolls?

In this class, you will get to personalize your very own doll (down to her eye and hair color), and play fashion designer, while creating 3 different looks, complete with accessories.

I will be sharing the joy of mixed media cookie decorating and teach you some of my favorite techniques and tips and tricks as I walk you through each design step by step. Learn how to model fondant to create voluminous folds, use lace mats to make edible lace, play with different consistencies of royal icing to pipe, sculpt and create texture. We will detail our cookies with dry dust and edible paints, only to finish them off with my signature tipless ruffle details, and of course a whole lot of glam with some sparkles.

What you will take home: A box of your beautiful cookies, a custom class handbook and reference guide, resources and templates, access to online video instructions/tutorials for this class, a swag bag chalk full of goodies picked specially for you from some of my favorite cookie shops and many MANY new cookie friends!

Skill level: All levels are welcome! Basic knowledge of royal icing consistency recommended.
