Join me for a “Victorian Romance” workshop. We will embrace the Victorian era by creating a stucco styled frame accented in royal icing flowers. This oversized cookie frame is completed by a beautiful hand painted background to showcase a pastel pink rose made of royal icing. This cookie and all details are created with royal icing only. Each student will leave with a finished frame of their own as well as swag from my favorite vendors.

This workshop is a 4-hour, hands-on class full of techniques including:

• Hand piped royal icing flowers, including 3 styles of flowers
• Creating and using royal icing transfers
• Piping with royal icing
• Understanding and using piping tips to create highly detailed and realistic flowers
• Create dimension with royal icing
• Texturizing with royal icing
• Hand painting on cookies
• Learning icing consistencies
