Get ready for wedding season and join me in creating this huge floral bouquet. This cookie is over 9" wide and will be filled with blooms, 3-D leaves, and puffy leaves. Then we'll finish it all off with an edible ribbon bow.
We’ll pipe multiple blooms of 4 different floral varieties: An open bloom Peony, an Anemone, a Scabiosa, and mini cosmos. Then we'll pipe some 3-D leaves in a variety of styles.
While our flowers and leaves dry, we'll add puffy leaves and stems to our cookie and tie a bow with edible ribbon. Then we'll put the whole thing together!

You’ll go home with this huge 9” cookie along with multiple extra practice florals. I’ll also be providing a piping guide for each flower and class overview so you can take the skills you learn and apply them to your business at home. The guide will include all the details you need along with videos so you can recreate your flowers for your own sets at home. You’ll take home your piping tips and floral tools from class. I’ll also have some fun swag items to take home with you too! I can’t wait to create beautiful blooms with you!

Please make sure you are comfortable with piping and flooding. Previous floral knowledge is not required, but helpful.
Please Note: We will be working with very thick floral icing for the majority of the class. If you struggle with hand strength, this may not be the best class for you.
