Spring baking is filled with fluffy cakes, sweet cream, and of course, lots of berries!

In this berry sweet baking class, you'll be whisked away into a spring baking world filled with realistic berries, a gorgeous dessert, and glamorous gold baking tools all made using royal icing.

You'll be decorating four standard sized cookies and one mini cookie (because who doesn't love a mini?) with royal icing and learning lots of fun and useful techniques along the way to create these realistic and beautiful cookies to take home!

In this 4-hour class, we'll...
  • Create three types of realistic berries using royal icing
  • Use piping tips to create ruffles
  • Mix and use gold luster dust to paint
  • Learn tips and tricks for wet-on-wet technique and creating straight lines
  • Pipe and apply royal icing transfers
  • Practice reading cutter designs to pipe line work without a projector
  • Make realistic details like brown sugar and whipped cream!
Although this class will be fast-paced, all skill levels are welcome, and I will have lots of support built-in, including time for one-on-one instruction, demonstration, visuals, videos, and a detailed workbook. My goal is to have everyone walk out with beautiful cookies!
