Payment and Refunds
Payment in full of $239 is required at the time of registration. You may pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or Paypal through our secure web site at www.karenscookies.net.
NOTE: CookieCon tickets are now sold out for 2014. Please contact us if you'd like to be put on a waiting list in case there are cancellations.
No checks will be accepted. We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend CookieCon after purchasing a ticket, please let us know ASAP. Full refunds minus a $10 processing fee will be offered until February 20, 2014. Between February 21 and March 14, refunds will be given only if we are able to fill your spot. We will try to fill it by notifying people on our waiting list, etc. You are welcome to try to sell it as well. If we are unable to fill the spot, no refund will be given. Absolutely no refunds after March 14. If a refund is needed, please note that we may need to send this as a check.
