We're so excited that the best cookie decorating gathering in the world is just around the corner! Here are just a few quick updates and reminders.

Vendors and Exhibitors
CookieCon is an awesome opportunity to receive great instruction, see demos, try new tools and techniques, and mingle with other decorators. Another great opportunity it offers is our vendor and exhibitor room! In case you're wondering about some of the shopping options and industry businesses to acquaint yourself with, here's a list of some that will be represented at CookieCon:

Class Group Requests
CookieCon attendees will be placed in groups to cycle through your class schedule and see all of the instructors on Friday. If you are attending with a friend or family member, and would really like to be in the same group for classes, feel free to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate such requests. Unfortunately it just doesn't work logistically to accommodate large group requests - but if there's 1 or 2 people you'd like to be with, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Submit Cookie Photos...
This is completely optional, but we have a fun little trading card game at CookieCon. We use photos of cookies decorated by attendees. Do you have a photo of a cookie you wouldn't mind us using? If so, please email us at contact@karenscookies.net with a link to the photo or you can attach it. It must be a clear, high-res photo, with nothing overlapping the cookie. Please use the subject: "CookieCon Photo" to help us sort through them.
Refunds and Cancellation Dates
Just a quick reminder that if something comes up and you can't attend, we can refund you (minus a $15 fee) up until August 31st. After that date we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.
