Skill Level: Intermediate with a clear understanding of piping and flooding.
This class is packed full of dimensional techniques all made out of royal icing and cookies. This is a 98% royal icing class so we will be taking a deep dive into learning all of the different ways to achieve different outcomes using royal icing. From sculpting and molding to transfers, flooding, painting and so much more, you will be leaving with new skills and techniques to use on your everyday cookie orders back home!

• Making royal icing clay
• Using Isomalt
• Painting with gold
• Making royal icing transfers
• Piping different styles of greenery
• Layering icings for added dimension
