Join me for an angelic class where we embrace the beauty of angels and flowers. This cookie set is constructed of three individual cookies to create an oversized celestial set of wings with the beauty of nature’s blooms. This cookie and all details are created with royal icing only. Each student will leave with a finished set of their own as well as swag from my favorite vendors.

• Hand piped Royal Icing flowers
• Creating icing transfers
• Creating realistic greenery
• Piping with royal icing
• Palette knife work
• Dimension with parchment paper
• Texturizing with royal icing
