Do you struggle with wanting to buy the newest cutters for each holiday? Is your cookie cutter stash out of control (just like mine)? This class is all about how to transform a basic cutter shape into something fun and creative. With Halloween right around the corner after attending CookieCon, this class will help get ready for the spooky season. Join me and get in the holiday spirit as we decorate the 4 cookies pictured below.
In this class we will:
  • Pipe and flood the 4 different cookies pictured here.
  • Discuss how to create jaw dropping designs using basic cutter shapes.
  • Work with 2 different consistencies of icing.
  • Have a piping and flood consistency for each color.
  • Create transfers as embellishments to help create dimension.
  • Add painted and dry brush elements to the cookies.
  • Discuss how to create layering with our icing.
  • Work with wafer paper embellishments.
  • Work with molded chocolate.
  • Create texture and dimension on our cookies.

This class will take every single minute of our 4 hours together so you can walk away with these 4 beautifully decorated cookies! My goal is that by the end of class, you will have the confidence to go home and create your own beautiful set of cookies using tips and techniques that were shared in class. You will have the opportunity to ask me all of your burning questions during class that relate to the decorating process in general. At the end of class you will be provided with a box to carry your cookies home in. You will also receive a swag bag full of goodies to help you recreate these cookies at home.
