This hands-on class takes you through the process of using your own hand writing and turning it into modern calligraphy in royal icing. There's no projectors, no tracing paper and no limits. During class, we make the best consistency of royal icing for pressure piping and all recipes are included. The focus of this class is to provide you with everything you need to continue to practice and write at home to perfect your modern calligraphy using royal icing. In addition to writing, you'll also be adding embellished details to your cookie!
