Immerse yourself in the moody, intellectual elegance of dark academia as we craft these six delightfully macabre edible works of art. In this advanced, all-day workshop we will capture a brooding aesthetic as we create a collection of macabre artifacts from diaphanous florals and spongy moss, to a fragile bird skull and lush berries.

Each cookie and detail will be taught step by step and all tools necessary will be provided. You will leave class with your very own enchanting clutch full of curiosities (the McGooganizer) including your new favorite tool the McGoo Goo stick, a set of paintbrushes, a hinged food coloring paint palette, and recipes so you can brew up these spellbinding cookie techniques again.

Some of the techniques we will put into practice are:

• painting with food coloring & water
• piping
• brush embroidery
• some crazy wafer paper action
• moss
• transfers
• dimensional flooding
• feathers
• ... and we'll throw in a bit of fondant and sparkle

All are welcome to join this class with an understanding that some techniques may be new and challenging for some, and require more practice than can be obtained in one class. No matter what, you will leave with something enchantingly beautiful. (The skills and techniques used are intermediate - advanced).
